- Salon policy
All new clients are required to complete a Client Questionnaire before their treatment.
Prior to treatment, all existing clients are required to inform their therapist of any changes to their health including medication.
To ensure all clients are safe and comfortable for their chosen treatment(s), all therapists will follow guidelines outlined by our salon brands treatment protocols, alongside their professional knowledge.

- Salon etiquette
We ask that you arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes early for your appointment, so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist at the appointed time.
We request at least 24 hours notice to be given if you are unable to make your appointment. Charges will be made for non-arrivals.
- Late arrivals
We regret that if you arrive late for your appointment, this may decrease the time of your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to treat your appointment as cancelled.
- Courses of Treatments
We are delighted to offer the option of paying for courses of treatments in two installments for your convenience.
- Medical details
On your first visit to ‘All about the girl’ you will be asked to complete a client questionnaire. Please remember to keep us informed of any changes with your health/medication or special requirements. Please notify us upon booking if you are pregnant, so that we can advise on treatments.
- Mobile phones
We ask you to switch your mobile phones to silent or vibrate, to be respectful to other clients in the salon.
We understand at times it is necessary to bring your children to the salon; we endeavour to accommodate this, but we ask that you respect other clients.
- Gift cards
The ‘All about the girl’ gift card – ‘All about you’ is available for any amount. Gift cards can be purchased in salon or over the phone and are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
- Loyalty points
We value our clients and their loyalty. We reward this by offering loyalty points with our treatments, which can be redeemed for a complimentary treatment. Please ask for more details.
- Personal belongings
We regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility for the loss of personal belongings in the salon.
